CSPPPD Service Coordinator
F/T positions avail. Wilkinsburg location. Bachelor’s Degree or Associates Degree in Psychology, Sociology, Counseling, Education or related field preferred. Experience may substitute for education. Experience working with people with disabilities required. Responsibilities include: Annual Resident Reviews; eligibility determinations; assist in hiring personal assistants; on-call duty; make recommendations for services and creating service plans; transitioning needs of consumers; develop community resources; work with service providers; trainings; evaluations and all job duties per job description. Must be able to travel. Personal experience with a disability preferred. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Computer experience preferred.
