F/T position avail. Washington PA location. Bachelor’s Deg. or Assoc. Deg. in Psych., Soc., Counseling, Education or related field pref. Experience may substitute for some education. Experience working with people with disabilities required. Responsibilities incl.: eligibility redeterminations, assists in hiring personal assts., beeper duty, making recommendations for service and creating service plans, transitioning needs of consumers, developing community resources, work with service providers, trainings and evaluations. Must be able to travel. Personal experience with a disability preferred. Excellent communication and org. skills. Exp. with Word & Excel preferred.
